[A Hero Emerges - TMN]

I'm actually kind of liking this.

I'm surprised no one voted on it, let alone reviewed it besides me. Anyways, from the beginning, it sounded good. The only thing that gets me is that the drums, for me, seem to overpower the song. However, the song does kind of give a soft, heroic feel, while at the same time giving a feel of hope, that the hero will save them. Sounds a little rough, but since when is art about perfection? I like this piece. Keep it up!

It's decent.

Not quite what I would expect from a main menu theme, and it wasn't really funny per se, but I liked it. Just make some improvements and I'm sure it'll be gold.

I'm really diggin' this one, Josh!

I could listen to this over and over again, and still feel like I'm sneaking around in some place in MGS4 while listening to this song on Snake's iPod. I like this take. Vastly superior to the one I heard a while back from you! Nicely done!

Because from the first moment it started, you had me GLUED to it! I'm loving the work you did on this, and I'm very, VERY impressed! I hope to hear the full version soon. If you want, I can give you the complete flp. file. I have it on this computer, so anytime you want it, I'll be more than glad to give it to you!

Again, I'm just awe-struck with this version. It really sounds like something I could fight to! In fact, there are some things I want to use from this version. :D

I totally wanted to add the flutes, chimes and other stuff to this version, but I couldn't sync the .wav from GP6 properly in FL Studio. What I'll likely do in the final is chop up all the stuff I need into individual .wavs and mix the whole thing in Sonar.

In any case, feel free to lift anything you want from my version. I don't have an .flp to hand over, but I CAN get you a .mid that you can simply plug into FL Studio (because Guitar Pro is just awesome like that). I would love the complete .flp if you could send it to me; I know some of my parts are a bit off and I'd like the final to be as true to yours as possible.
