Uhm... Yeah, sorry to say, but the way you remixed the song doesn't do justice to the original very much at all. Still, kind of an interesting take on it. It isn't horrid, but it isn't that great, either. Personally, I don't believe that such a slow, sort of sad song was meant to be put into a techno or trance remix sort of thing, but I give you props for trying anyway. Like I said, it's not bad, but it's not great. Kind of in the middle there for me.

Foxtacy responds:

Thanks, i kinda understand what you mean :)

Dude. I... am fucking blown away, man. I remember your work from a few years ago, and you did not disappoint then, and you sure as HELL don't disappoint now! This is godly, man. Fucking godly!

Metaljonus responds:

Thanks man! I've been digging your latest posts too!

For something meant to butcher the song, you did very well in actually recreating it vocally. I like it!

Dude... if I had to say this, because of the Motoi Sakuraba influence, I'm sure he'd be impressed to see this kind of work from you. This is stunning, mate!

This blew my fucking mind. This is an amazing acoustic cover of the song. Just absolutely amazing. Just absolutely fucking amazing.

It's pretty catchy. To me, it does kind of give off that spooky feel you were going for. It's got fluid movements, to my ears, and it's pretty catchy, as I said before. You got yourself a solid piece here.

FangzLife responds:

Ah, thanks. Worked pretty hard on this one. Glad you enjoyed it!

How the hell do you do it? Honestly, how the HELL do you do it?! This is absolutely incredible, and I'm not too big a fan of 8-bit songs! I can't even begin to describe my surprise and admiration of this song, your skill, and the painstaking time it must have taken to do this! Makes the remix I did seem kinda... well, your fear of your 8-Bit version being cheesy kinda describes my version: cheesy. This... this is incredible. No other words to describe it. Just absolutely incredible. Take it from someone who's not a big fan of 8-Bit songs.

I'm not an 8-bit fan, but you've got me hooked, Josh! I'm lovin' this song here. Sounds intense, even for an 8-bitter. I love it!

paradiddlesjosh responds:

Thanks, Shawn! Intense was what I was going for, since that's what the piece needs to be. I'm really impressed with how the bit degradation came out, especially with the bass tone.

Interesting. They put this back up? That's rather interesting. Funny, even.

When are you going to learn that bashing other people doesn't get you anywhere? I mean, I understand that you're trying to bring me down, but to be rather honest, it's not going to work. Your efforts won't amount to anything. Here's the difference between you and I: I spend a lot of time on my work and I work in each and every note, and I pour my heart into everything I make. What do you do? You bash other people just to try to get ahead when in the long run, it makes you look even worse than you do now. I would recommend that you stop basking other musicians and, if you will, "forfeit the game before somebody else takes you out of the frame and puts your name to shame. Cover up your face. You can't run the race, the pace is too fast, you just won't last."

Look, I'm not trying to be a hardass here, but you really need to stop trying to make other people look like shit, because frankly, that's all you're doing to YOURSELF. So quit before you make yourself look even more like a fool.

Wwwwow.

Very nice. Short and simple.

paradiddlesjosh responds:

Thanks, Shawn. I'll get back to working on an arrangement of this piece that will satisfy me, one day. :D
